Tisiphone body WoF Color Palette

Tisiphone is a somewhat-skinny, wiry RainWing with larger-than-average frills, slightly twisting horns, narrow hooded eyes, and an angular build. She has #028a0f top scales with freckles of #ace1af and #f9e076 along her back in a way mimicking NightWings' underwings stars. There's more #ace1af than #f9e076 speckles, and the speckles are rather small, like stars. Her ears, horns, and the backs of her frills/thebebbing in her frill are #234f1e colored, and the end of her snout/head fades to #234f1e as well. Her head is #028a0f, but her lower jaw along with her underbelly and legs are #f9e076, and her legs fade into a #fff6ba color. Her eyes are #f9e076 with #fff6ba speckles and #028a0f pupils. She has a jagged scar from her lower jaw near her throat as well as in upper snout near her eyes. She also has a thin tear along her left frill.
